sugcarol Posted June 29, 2007 #1 Share Posted June 29, 2007 Has anyone recently used a town car service to go from the pier to SEA airport? I have seen several reviews but i am looking for a recent review. Thanks.:)
trvlcrzy Posted June 30, 2007 #2 Share Posted June 30, 2007 Not exactly able to answer your specific question, so hopefully someone else will chime in... We used Already There Town Car Service to get from SEATac to our downtown hotel (2 days before sailing) and from our hotel to Pier 30 on sail date. We were very happy with their service, but honestly, it was a little tight... 4 adults and 7 pieces of luggage... we ended up holding one suitcase in our laps across the backseat! We were waitlisted when we left home (east coast) for a post-cruise tour to get our luggage to the airport (excursion through ship). We discussed with Charlotte the possibility of needing their service again upon our return, but when we boarded, our excursion tickets were delivered to our cabin, so we didn't need them for the return trip to the airport. buelah111 Posted June 30, 2007 #3 Share Posted June 30, 2007 I am trying to budget for my 2008 cruise trip. About how much did it cost to use the service from the airport to your downtown hotel?
mfanderso Posted June 30, 2007 #4 Share Posted June 30, 2007 We used Already There Town Cars for our last two cruises out of Seattle. They were great!
cruisebum50 Posted July 1, 2007 #5 Share Posted July 1, 2007 The charge from airport to pier is $45. We are using them again in September. Since there are four of us Charlotte suggested using two cars because they have had trouble with lots of luggage fitting into one car with four people. We took her suggestion and got two cars, one of which is making a stop at a grocery store for us to stock up before boarding. This stop will cost us an extra $10 (no longer than 15 minutes, and one stop only). Their website is Alreadytheretowncar.com Hope this helps you!
