Holy Cow! Booked a B2 Balc and ended up in 1006!!!6

:eek: I am shaking! Mom and dad just called to let me know that they are NOT in room 5188 like I booked for them but in 10066! I didn't know Cunard did upgrades!:confused:

 

We sent them on this cruise for their 50th anniversary - this is just amazing! What a wonderful surprise!

 

I wish I'd known beforehand so that I could have researched the Princess Grill rooms!!

 

They haven't left the dock yet - any tips I should call them with???

I am sure that they deserved it. The karma points have come back to them, as most of the time there is not rhyme or reson to Cunard upgrades.

But I do have a therory that Cunard upgrades first timers to get them "hooked" on the higher grades. They got me hooked on Caronia for QE2.

The same thing happened to me when I booked for our Honeymoon two years ago. We were in 10008 so you've got the room next to ours.

 

You'll love it and the upgrade adds that little extra spice!
