Diving from Carnival Valor Aug 5th

Is anyone else going to be doing any diving excursions from the Carnival Valor out of Miami Aug 5th? I don't see anyone on the roll call!!

My husband and his brother will be doing some diving. Haven't decided which ports yet. I keep getting on them to make up their minds! Are you booking with the cruiseline?

The only one I booked with the cruise is Belize since the tender is so long and I did not read a bad review about the dive operator Carnival uses. In Costa Maya I booked a day of diving and relaxing at Maya Palms - I have read great reviews about them and it is supposed to be a nice place for both divers and non-diving family members. In Grand Cayman we are boat diving with Diver's Down, and in Roatan we are spending the day with CoCo View Resort. Let me know if you want more info.

DH and BIL booked the belize dive with Carnival yesteday. Think they are going to do some shore diving in Grand Cayman too. BIL did this before.

 

I will have to check out Maya Palms.

I am soooo excited about the diving and the cruise! Let me know if they decide to head to Maya Palms for the day.

You can't go wrong with Maya Palms, dived with them last year (on the Valor) and had a great day,i think there were only about 12 people at the resort and 7 of them were from the Valor !!!!! cheers Iain.
