CRUZIN TOM Posted July 6, 2007 #1 Share Posted July 6, 2007 I was following up on some recent price drops that some CCr's received. So I followed up with my current reservation which was thru the casino dept. Which I will say, that they are a very nice group. I was able to get a reduction, but not what I thought I should get. So I did some research. Well, the web site is incorrect. If I went by their pricing I could save about $350.00 per person for a BB room. So before I got too crazy, I called NCL and no, the internet pricing is not correct and that the pricing is actually more than what I paid thru the casino. I really love NCL, but I wish they would have correct info on the Internet. So confusing.... :)

heelfan94 Posted July 6, 2007 #3 Share Posted July 6, 2007 You know, the same thing happened to me but it was directly through NCL. I put a deposit on a cruise, then a couple of weeks later the price dropped on the NCL web site. I emailed my PCC who said she couldn't see the price drop. Finally, she added me onto some AmEx promotion going on to get my price in line with what I saw. She still never got the lower price. I don't get it either.
CRUZIN TOM Posted July 6, 2007 Author #4 Share Posted July 6, 2007 According to the IT dept at the Casinos at Sea, they said that the internet hasn't updated their pricing since the holidays. Too bad I can't use another cruise to prove that NCL is wrong. :)

I had to do that last year on the Jewel when they told me my pricing was wrong  You may also find you can not book at the fare displayed.
