I recommend Bay Island Beach Resort. Go to www.BIBR.com to check out there web site and to see the resort. What you see on the site and on the CD they will send if you ask for it, IS what you will see there. I could LIVE there! They will pick you up at the pier and take you back. You can spend all day, or a few hours. I recommend checking it out. Beware: You will drool!!! :D

We did scuba at BIBR in April and while at other times of the

year may have been great, the water was murkey in April.

Your Dec.trip should be fine...most rave about it. They have

a great snorkle trail you can take rite from the shore, or can

do a boat drop.

 

Had friends use "salt n peppers" for snorkling and just raved

about it. Scrumptious food also.

 

Wasn't awar of the canopy zipline tour in Roatan. Did our

zippin in Costa Rica and had fun.

we will be in roatan in december. which beach is best for beginner snorklers. also we're interested in doing the canopy tour. which beach is close to that also? thanks

 

Teacup, did you ever find any info on Paya Bay? If you do will you let me know?
