snuba ????

has anyone tried this.we are going in feb and thought we would like to try this out

We did the scuba excursion in Belize in April 07. My husband wanted to scuba dive and I wanted to snorkel so we decided to snuba. I had never done snorkeling or scuba diving.

 

You have a guide with you that has on scuba gear and 4 other people have lines that are connected to a float above you. I had no problems with the breathing and enjoyed it. We really didn't see that much sealife and it was really crowded with other snuba divers and snorkelers.

 

Overall, it was a good experience. But, the best part was the beach they took us to afterwards. It was picture perfect.

 

We are going back to Belize in March 08 and are just going to the beach.
