Just the name of the NCL loyalty program. The more cruises you take the more perks you get. All cruise lines that I know of have a form of this program.

 

In the case of NCL you are a lattitude member after your first cruise. Just a low level member :)

Your are automatically a latitudes member after taking your first NCL cruise, your latitudes number should be shown on you cruise documents for your first cruise. On your second NCL cruise you will receive a pin and an invitation to a latitudes party on the ship.
