Drive to Salt Pond-St. John

We honeymooned in St. John two years ago and our favorite beach was Salt Pond. We stayed in a Villa near Coral Bay and loved it.

 

We cruise on the Glory and will be in St. Thomas from 10:00am-8:00pm. Do you think we will be cutting it close to try to rent a car on St. John and go and spend time at Salt Pond? For the life of me I cannot remember how long it took us to get from Cruz Bay to Coral Bay....

Has anyone else done this trek on a Cruise???

Hi Tia! I was staying in St. John several years ago at Estate Concordia eco-tents just above Salt Pond Bay. It is about a 45 minute drive from Cruz Bay to Salt Pond. It was a great beginner snorkeling place - secluded, short swim to a nice reef. Have a great time!
