tipping on the freedom

is it best to pay for tips before hand or on your sea pass or little brown envelopes at the end of the week or the old fashioned way in person.there seems a lot of people to tip every day surley this could mount to a large sum on a 2 week holiday any guidence please? freedom of the seas 2nd of sept 2007 for two weeks

I prefer to have it put on my seapass card, but we will probably take cash and put it into envelopes at the end of the cruise. We also take plenty of small bills to tip those who aren't on the recommended tip list, too.
