Laundry ideas for the cruise with no self serve laundry

Underwear is always good for 4 days, sometimes 5:

Day 1: Wear as normal.
Day 2: Take off, turn around backward, and put on.
Day 3: Take off, turn inside out, put back on.
Day 4: Take off, turn around backward, and put on.

Day 5? Take off, sniff. If bearable, put back on.

Wassup, I hope this Carnival Spirit Link works. If not, what it says is that the
Carnival Spirit has 2 Self Serve Launderettes on each Passenger Deck.
Washing is not available while in Port. However, you can Iron & Dry in port.
Washing is $2.00 and Drying is $2.00. Vending machine for soap, bleach etc. is $1.00.
I don't know if they have the "All you can fit in the bag." Dry Cleaning option.

I have not been on Spirt but I have been on other Carnival ships -I always do my laundry on port days to avoid the crowd. Only on Inspiration was there a sign that the laundry was closed in Grand Cayman but as that was the first port and we had only been on ship 2 days it was not a problem for me.

I have travel-sized packets of Woolite. DH suggests two wearings for the underwear -- one inside out -- but I haven't actually witnessed him doing that.

I don't know about you, but my favorite thing to do in port is LAUNDRY.

You meet so many interesting locals this way.
