Sugar-free desserts on Pride of Aloha?

My DH is a diabetic and we're wondering if there are any sugarless dessert selections on the Pride of Aloha. Fruit is always good, of course, but what about cakes, puddings, ice cream?

I was on the Aloha on the 6/17 trip and they did have some sugar free desserts and of course there was an abundance of fresh fruit.

I haven't been on this particular NCL but on the Dawn, I just mentioned it to a head waiter in most of the restaurants and Hey Presto!!

 

Some of them where pretty delicious too!
