Contents in a welcome letter

Recommended Posts

*Welcome blurb from the bride and groom- This is also where I put a little sentence about their welcome bags

*Event calendar for the week-- If you are planning any group activities, etc. I just did a rundown of each day- like seaday, docked in St. Martin, formal night, cocktail party, etc. Then also included for each day any special events that we were doing, like we did a "Girls Night" and "Guys Night" one evening before the wedding- kind of like a mini-bachelorette party, planned a "Dancing Night" in one of the clubs, also I noted if we were celebrating any other special event --for ex. we had guests that had a birthday and wedding anniversary during our cruise

*List of all guests, along with their room number & relation to bride and groom

*Wedding Day Rundown (schedule of events-- if you are disembarking, time and location to meet, how guests will get to ceremony location, time to return to ship, time and place of reception, etc.)

This is everything, I believe-- sorry I couldnt find the document on my computer to send you
