Snorkeling & Rum Point Bch, but NO Stingrays?

We are looking for an excursion that includes snorkeling and Rum Point Beach but NOT Stingray City. We went last year, and enjoyed the City, but want to spend our time snorkeling and relaxing at Rum Point!

I have searched and searched for this exact thing. The only solution I came up with is to book a private charter (either boat or van) and hire them for the day. One that we found that was very nice and quick to respond was Ambassador Divers. They do diving trips but were willing to take us as just a private guide wherever we wanted to go. I got their names from cruisecritic. We have decided not to use them because of the cost (it was around $350 for up to 11 people I think). It would have been great for two families...we may still use them next time. Hope that helps!

cruisinwith6, that is a good price! I was quoted $65 pp from Nativeway just to go there and back! I think we may just get off the ship and try to find transportation at the port.

rum point is quite a distance away. maybe you could rent a car and drive.
