booked our (10th carnival) cruise through this agency; agent told me that there was a $15 cancellation fee pp; had to reschedule and they are now stating its $50pp. never received any documentation or paperwork although i booked almost 3 months ago for november. also to date, although i have faxed to them THREE TIMES their cancellation request form which forces me to pay $50pp they still have not cancelled and refunded my deposit. on august 8 i will have to forfeit my entire deposit; so at this point i feel like they are going to conveniently not cancel my cruise in time, thereby costing me several hundred more dollars (already paid $$$).

never had this type problem with anyone but this company seems to have very poor ethics.
