Seattle RT on Golden Princess

My Sister and I had perfect cabins for an Alaskan cruise this week and had to cancel due to our mother's medical condition. We are now looking at Seattle RT on Golden Princess in early September. Maybe not our first choice for weather, but what the heck. We just need to go!

Question - available balcony cabins together are either Forward Starboard or Aft Port. I am thinking we are better off with Forward Starboard to be able to see coastline and port docking. Any ideas? Thanks!

We did a TA on the Golden Princess last year. Our balcony was far forward on the port side. We enjoyed the views but still found ourselves up on deck more than on the balcony. It was a long walk to dinner! How far are the available cabins from the elevators and other parts of the ship you frequent? We decided on an inside cabin this time around. We are on the Sept. 8th Golden Princess out of Seattle. If interested, head on over to Roll Call and visit with us.
