augie Posted May 11, 2004 #1 Share Posted May 11, 2004 Any Seattle locals that can comment on this place? It looks as though Lee Ritenour will be performing the night we will be in Seattle ahead of our June 12 cruise on the Diamond Princess, and I've love to take in the show. Any chance that it's within walking distance from the Edgewater? Thanks! mstewart Posted May 11, 2004 #2 Share Posted May 11, 2004 Jazz Alley is a pretty neat place. It's very intimate - so definitely reserve tickets if you want to see a show. Great place to sit back, have a drink and listen to some great music. First cruise on Serenade of the Seas, 5/30/04! pattict1 Posted May 12, 2004 #3 Share Posted May 12, 2004 Jazz Alley is not really within walking distance from the Edgewater unless you like to walk a distance. It also depends on what you'll be wearing, too far to walk in dress shoes.
KLeffler Posted May 12, 2004 #4 Share Posted May 12, 2004 Sounds interesting. Where is it located? Karen(&Randy)
TheDivineMsM Posted May 12, 2004 #5 Share Posted May 12, 2004 Hop the Waterfront Streetcar (free) and it will take you right to it. c-cruise Posted May 12, 2004 #6 Share Posted May 12, 2004 Dimitriou's Jazz Alley is located at 6th an Lenora. It is nowhere near the waterfront streetcar (which is not free by the way). I would estimate that Jazz Alley is about a mile walk from the Edgewater. Next Cruise: 6/27/04 Sapphire Princess
