Celiacs take note...

Recommended Posts

Just back from the Adventure of the Seas where they took very good care of my gluten free dining needs. They're using better GF bread, and I had flourless chocolate cake every evening! Both the head waiter and our waiter seemed to have a good understanding of GF (not so in the past) and made sure I had everything I wanted available to me. So if you have to eat GF and you're considering RCI, be confident that you will dine well on your cruise.

Note: You still can't get GF baked goods at Cafe Promenade, but that may be impractical because of possible cross contamination in that small space, and GF bread/toast takes a long time to get in Windjammer so ask as soon as you get there.
