drink coupons for Conquest

I was reading one of the reviews for Conquest and they talked about purchasing a drink coupon- 4 drinks for $19.50 and you could buy as many as you want- I believe it was prepaid and they delivered the coupons to your stateroom the day of embarkation- Does anyone know anything about this and how do you go about purchasing this-

we purchase this on our cruise to help keep our sail and sign down. We also purchase fun bucks and most of our sail and sign is prepaid before we go. It makes the vacation more fun to know everything is already paid for.
