Question about MoBay Jamaica

I tried posting this in the Ports of Call boards but don't seem to be getting a response, so I will try here...this board seems to get a little more traffic.

 

Has anyone here used A-Z Jamaica Planners for a tour in Mo Bay? They seem to be very reasonably priced but I don't want to risk safety in order to save $30.:confused:
