Don't believe ther are any "All Inclusive" beaches offering food and drink in their package...... I just returned from Belize and don't recall seeing any.

No, the beaches are not like that in Belize. There is a tiny public beach in Caye Caulker, no beaches in Belize City.

And I don't recall much shade either.

 

It is a great place to visit- but very different from the places you might be thinking of in Cayman, Mexico, etc.
