Shallow water

I'm looking for a beach with shallow water where the kids will be able to find some fish to look at, has amenities (rentals, washroom, food, etc.), not too far away from where the cruise ships dock. Is there such a location?

Also, are all beaches free in GC?

The whole of seven mile beach in very shallow (its actually only 5 miles long), you literally have to walk its seems like miles into the sea to get your waist wet and I am only 5'4!! :o Its got lovely white fine powder beaches your kids will love it. Have fun
