It is up to the cruise line. I heard some people get it before final payment. I heard others not get it until boarding day. Others had one room assigned and upon arrival at the pier, they had a totally different room.

We received ours for our upcoming cruise about 40 days prior to sailing. Sometimes it can show up with days of booking, others not until you board the ship. Best thing is to just keep checking the Princess Personalizer.
