Voyager GS 1324 Balcony

Hi All- I have determined from reading these boards that there has been some debate about the balcony view for GS 1324 on Voyager. From reading and looking at photos, it appears that there is a one or two foot metal divider (metal structure of the ship) on the outside of the balcony that does not break up the interior, but does break the view. Is this different from the the other GS balconies on Voyager? Are the others completely open from end to end?

 

I currently have a deposit on 1324 because it's on the hump, but I like my full ocean views too. I'm having a hard time deciding. Any help would be appreciated.
