Tipping in the Speciality Restaurants..

do they have a place to add a tip on when they add the surcharge on your bill or did you tip with cash? For those who have already sailed do they charge your stateroom for the meal and then credit back the one or two nights that are complimentary with you type of cabin?

Just returned from the 7/28/07 sailing. We loved Prime C and Aqualina.

We left a cash tip. We had two complimentary nights, and did not receive a bill. They other times we dined there we were charged either $40 or 50, but again no space to add an extra tip.
