Is Cagney's or other speciality restaurants open on the Star for suite passengers (like on the Jewel)?

Sorry no breakfast ot lunch on the Dwn or the Star. The Peral & the Jewel yes, for Suite passengers.

Check out the ship's Deck Plans, if it has Courtyard Villas, then Cagney's will be open for Suite passengers for breakfast, if not it won't.

 

Therefore, the Jewel, Pride of Hawaii/Jade, Pearl, and Gem Cagney's should be open for breakfast, the rest of NCL's ships Cagney's will not be open.

 

Note: the Star and Dawn while having Garden Villas, but they don't have Courtyard Villas.
