Speaking of the casino

Recommended Posts

Ever noticed that the drinks don't get spilled across the green felt nearly as often as they do in Vegas or other land based casinos. I guess when the drinks are not free, one tends to be more careful where they are placed or what happens to their contents.

Oh I have run into my share of less than SOBER folks on board ships. I don't think the price has anything to do with it elsewhere. I have noticed plenty of folks drinking in the casino though, just never witness a spilled drink across the felt.

However, I can sit at a table on the Strip even in the early afternoon and within an hour, the fluid gets a spillin'.

I was playing in AC once and I was down a good bit and I was on my way back and was almost even, when this, shall we say tipsy woman, spilled her martini on the table. They closed the table and asked us to fill in at other tables because they didnt have extra dealers to open another table. I wasnt very happy to say the least so I just left and drove home. People should use those cup holders so they dont spill on the tables.
