Layout of Outside Twin Cabins on Oriana

I'm enquiring about the layout of the standard Outside Twin cabins on Oriana - classes K and L. I'm NOT enquiring about the layout of the Stateroom cabins (classes D or E).

OK, the question is this: are the beds always arranged 'head to the window' in these cabins? Are these classes (K & L) ever arranged with the bed fore & aft in the middle of the cabin (similar to the Stateroom arrangement)?

The reason for asking is that with the beds running up to the outside bulkhead I think that the most space-efficient way to arrange them is as twins, against the walls, leaving a good usable space in the middle, whereas if they are laid out facing fore & aft then together as a king-size would be better. I'd just like to know so we can specify in advance.
