Tracey Posted August 10, 2007 #3 Share Posted August 10, 2007 I do not think there are any 4/5 star hotels anywhere near there, have to come to Orlando for that.
Meliss503 Posted August 12, 2007 #4 Share Posted August 12, 2007 Hi, We just returned from our cruise and stayed at the Country Inn and Suites. It is not 5 stars but I highly recommend them. It is a very clean establishment, the rooms are nice, and it is fairly new. We chose the park and cruise package. The shuttle was waiting for us when we left the ship and he even loaded our bags into are car for us. The hotel and shuttle service definitely exceeded our expectations. snelsonbrown Posted August 12, 2007 #5 Share Posted August 12, 2007 This is the Ron Jon Resort located by the Jetty Park - the only problem is if you do not have transportation, there is nothing around since it is in a residental area and also time sharing - it is a pretty place and you are right next door to the Jetty and most important the beach. LisaRhea Posted August 19, 2007 #7 Share Posted August 19, 2007 Try the Doubletree in Cocoa Beach. We stayed there last year, and it is not 5 star, but they have very comfy beds and are right on the beach. When we were there last year, they did offer a park & shuttle program, but they didn't advertise it. You might ask about it if you call them. The Hilton is nice too.
