Does anyone know if you have to go through security again if you fly into Terminal A (domestic) and depart from Terminal B (international)?

Correct. Termnals A & B, although linked by monorail, are separate terminals. So, if arriving from say, DFW on AA, then flying BA to London out of B, it is a change of terminals and a new screening.

 

 

Even if you made an online connection on CO, their DFW flights still arrive in terminal A.

Though not asked...one can go from Terminal A to Terminal C (i.e. a CO to CO connection) without clearing security as CO offer an airside shuttle service between the terminals.
