Cruising the Caribbean Princess this Sunday

Well, we're off tomorrow for Ft. Lauderdale...sailing on Sunday. Everyone on this board has been extremely helpful and I learned a lot. Thanks!!

 

I'll definitely post a review upon our return. Crossing our fingers and praying for good weather!!

 

Any last words of wisdom to make our trip more enjoyable?

Ditto - thanks to all - this board has helped tremendously to make our cruise more enjoyable. and it has been a bonus to alleviate our anxiousness for our first cruise by seeing so much here of what is to come! i'm sure we'll be reminded throughout our week cruise of many of the helpful posts here.

In Horizon Court, the back is always less crowded and cooler.

 

Skywalkers is great during the day to get away from the sun, it is cool, relaxing and a wonderful view.

 

Have a milky way martini at Crooners! It is such a pretty drink, almost makes you not want to drink it.

Relax and enjoy!!! I went on my first cruise (also the Caribbean Princess) on Sunday, 7/29. I was well prepared and it was all easy thanks to all the info I gathered here.

 

By the way, I had an absolutely fantastic time and would highly recommend the Caribbean Princess. You will have a great time...I'm so ready to turn around and go again. I'm hoping for a big lottery win!!! Will post a review as soon as I get some time.

I echo this (especially the part about telling my ship how much I miss her.) ;) I think the CB has been my favorite ship so far.

 

And I agree, relax, enjoy, and don't sweat the small stuff.

See you all on Sunday. Just spoke to my brother who works at the FLL airport...we may be sailing away in rain...but it won't affect the taste of the cocktails at Outrigger's.
