jer_l Posted August 13, 2007 #2 Share Posted August 13, 2007 We've used them twice. We had great service both times. They picked us up at the dock and drove us to their office. They even highlighted a local map and showed us places to visit. You can return the car to them or for a small fee leave it near the docks in a public parking lot. We're going back to Alaska next summer and plan to rent from them again. Jerry

JohnQ Posted August 13, 2007 #4 Share Posted August 13, 2007 We used them in late July and it was fine. Started out a little rocky when we had to wait 45 min for a ride, but got better with them having car and paperwork ready when we got there. When we got locked out of our car 15 miles out in middle of nowhere(don't ask!!!), they just laughed and came to open it. We also got a map and when taking us back to downtown, went be Governor's Mansion and Capitol so we could see it. We ran out of time, guess two trips to Mendenhall to see the bears, threw us off, along with other things. Car was 94 Dodge Intrepid, fading paint and dings but interior was clean and car ran great.
