RC Vision of the Seas or Carnival Pride?

I have twins turning 6 in November. I'm considering taking them on a Mexican Riviera cruise in January 2008. Which line offers the most for 6 year olds? I'd love to have lots of supervised children's activities so that Momma catches a break every now and again.

 

The above ships are available as are Holland America (Oosterdam) and Princess (forgot name of ship).

 

Which ship? I really want a fun family trip but one that allows me some private time too!

You can't go wrong with either RCCL or Carnival. I go back and forth between the two.
