traveljen1027 Posted August 16, 2007 #2 Share Posted August 16, 2007 The only food that costs money on the ship is in the gift shop or in the specialty adult dining room (Palo's).
eh2zed Posted August 16, 2007 #3 Share Posted August 16, 2007 You shouldn't incur any food costs for the kids unless you pick up a chocolate bar or someting in the shop.
mom x4,grandma x4 Posted August 16, 2007 #4 Share Posted August 16, 2007 preludes opens just before shows and sells goodies too. they can have all the free pizza, burgers, ice cream, fruit, chicken sandwiches, chicken fingers, fries, wraps, pop, that they want. Room service is free too. They do have a small list of treats and beverages that you buy, but it is clealry marked so they will know. We always keep a few ones in the drawer to tip room serivce if they bring some late night foods when we have teens with us. They have late night snacks set outside the clubs too. Navigator will list the times. kids could get them at the promenade lounge area late night. During the day they often have chips and salsa near the stage in the Proemnade lounge. Diversions is for families until 9:00 p.m. and they will have snacks too. sometimes it is hot dogs, sometimes assorted chicken wings, and snacks. Teens often hang out playing games in there during the day. pop is free with meals and at the drink station on deck 9 but if they order it from a waiter or from one of the many bars they will be charged for it, so make sure they get all their pop themselves at the drink station and then take it with them to the movies or where ever they are going. everyone does this, so they wont feel strange doing it. mom x4,grandma x4
palofmine Posted August 21, 2007 #5 Share Posted August 21, 2007 I think they have a drink program so your kids can drink all day . My kids love milk and juice.
