Honeychild,

Have not been in the particular cabin you mention, but have sailed in one side of an adjoining cabin before with no problems. We were in the JS half of a JS/Owners Suite for a cruise on Brilliance to the Panama Canal, it was no different than being in a non-adjoining.. Enjoy your upgrade, you will like the extra room, and the larger balcony, plus you get 2 cruise credits... enjoy your cruise.

Yes, JS 1650 on the AOS is connecting with JS 1652. Honestly, I wouldn't worry about the fact it is a connecting cabin. We had a side JS on deck 10 this past February and it connected to a D1 cabin and we heard NOTHING all week.

You will really be happy with your JS - lots of space, walk in closet, tub in the bathroom :)

We always stay on deck 10 and enjoy the close proximity to the Windjammer and pools etc. We have never been bothered by noise on any of our cruises.

Relax! You will love your JS! :D
