Email address to request entertainment

Hi

 

I will be on the Serenade in a little over two weeks. I have sent them an email to request the entertainment line up. Here is the address that I sent the request to web_reservations@rccl.com. Is this correct? I got it from someone on this board.

 

 

Is there another one that I should try?

That is the correct address. How long ago did you send the email? It takes about a week to get a reply.

That is the one I always use too. I send it about 5-6 weeks before the cruise

and they have always answered me within a week or two.

Make sure you put a _ between the word web and reservations.

You can not see it when it is underlined. ;)

Thanks. I went back and checked and I did put the _ in the web address. I sent it on Monday. Patiences are not my strong point :eek: . I will wait a little longer.

We have used that email address and have always been successful in getting a response. :)

Hang in there :) ... that's the correct address, and they will get back to you before your cruise date.
