Less for a ships excursion?

In doing research for a snorkel tour I found one website that had an interesting sounding tour. In scrolling through the cruise lines offerings I found what sounds like the same thing (same co. and time) for $9 less. Am I seeing things or missing something here? Has anyone else found a ship tour for less than the operator states on their website?

Don't know if you are asking about Yacht Adventures? If you book Captain Mike outside the cruise ship you get the use of the seascooters that pull you along as you snorkel, they are well worth the small additional fee. If you book through the cruise ship the seascooters are not offered.
