We will be on the Triumph to San Juan, Grand Turk, Half Moon Cay, and St. Thomas followed by Freedom of the Seas to San Juan, St. Thomas, and St. Maarten. Are any of these ports typically ports where people are tendered to the island?

Only HMC is a tender port. There is a chance you can tender at St. Thomas or St. Maarten if there are many ships in. Not likely though. Your ticket document will tell you.
