Is the Grand Cabana wheelchair accessable?

The last time I was at HMC the Grand Cabana was still a bar. The access was via the beach and a wooden walkway over the rocks however it could also be reached by the the road which runs alongside the harbor and entrance channel.

 

There used to be a couple of steps when it was a bar but maybe they put ramps or easier access in when they changed it to the Grand Cabana.
