travel insurance on transatlantic

I was wondering what travel insurance you would use when doing a transatlanic cruise. And if there are any differences between any of them.

You have to check with the insurance company. In Canada the number of days that you will be in the US changes the cost. The shorter you are in the US the cheaper the insurance.
