Does anyone know if there is a mini bus or tram at this pier. I was told that it is at least a half a mile walk from the ship to the port gate. Thank you

We are taking a private tour and was told to walk to the port gate and that it would be about one half mile. We could ask the tour operator to pick us up at the ship but it would cost each member about $25.00 more so that the tour operator could purchase a special permit. We decided to walk.

If you purchased it from the ship, would they still make you walk that half a mile??

 

We are planning to do "Saigon On Your Own" (I've been there before) from RCCL (Rhapsody) so wondering how they would handle getting you to "their" transportation.........
