stingrays-antigua or grand cayman

Has anyone done a snorkel with stingray tour in antigua. I've read that GC is recommended for this, but I have nothing to do in Antigua.

I would like to know if I would be happy with the Antigua version so I can do something else in GC.

We did it last year and had a blast....never been to the on in GC, but going there next year , so maybe we will try it...Was trying to add a pic of DH with stingray, but cant seem to do it...will try later.

Only did this on GC. It is very very good there. We have done it twice.

Grand Cayman. Too many beautiful beaches like Dickenson Bay in Antigua to spend it out with the Stingrays.

Nothing to do in Antigua?? I recommend doing nothing in Antigua and then the stingray's in Grand Cayman. I think Antigua is a great island to do nothing on.

If you are interested in snorkeling, look at Eli's Eco Tour in Antigua. It's absolutely fabulous. Leave the stingrays for Grand Cayman.

Hey Bean,

 

When we visited Antigua we left the ship early & took a 20 minute taxi to the beach at Long Bay. For hours were were about the only people there. We had wonderful day of snorkeling in the calm bay. There was a small beach shack selling cold beer $2. Great place to spend the day!

 

 

If you're lucky maybe you'll meet "the King" while you're there.
