What time does the C Lounge open on the day of embarkation on the Radiance?

Are you asking about the Concierge Lounge? It's usually open 24/7. We've been in there a few times as soon as we've gotten on the ship just to check it out but the cocktail hour is normally from 5:00pm to 8:30pm nightly (including the day of embarkation).

This has been our experience as well. Get your key for the club in your room and visit 24/7.

As long as you have the key, you can enter at any time. Cocktail hour usually starts at 5:00. The Concierge will be there at that time.

Thank you for your prompt responses. The reason for my inquiry was on our last journey on the Radiance, a few months ago, I did not visit the lounge on the first day. However, if view of your advice, I believe I will so visit it on the first day of our December cruise.
