How To Contact Island Marketing??

I have been trying to contact island marketing for a reservation for 2 days now. There is no phone # on their website. They have live chat, but when u click on it and email form comes up to send them a message. I have already sent them 2 emails. Is this company reputable? It kind of gives me a bad feeling:confused: Would like to hear from others who have had experiences with them. Thanks alot.

We booked a tour in Ocho Rios with Island Marketing (they are based in the Cayman Islands) and had no problems communicating with them. I also used the "Live Chat" and communicated with someone called "Katie" where I could ask questions about the excursions and she promptly communicated back. We then made the reservation right on line and received a confirmation email shortly after. DH tried to use the "Live Chat" after our reservation was made to ask another question, but it was after hours, so he left an email and we heard back the following day. Island Marketing is a reputable company and we were picked up by them for our excursion in Ocho Rios. They should be available for contact during normal "working" hours. If you still do not hear back from them or feel uneasy about it, there are other private tour operators that you could look up on this forum.

We just got back from our cruise and used them for our Jet Ski / Sting Ray tour. Worked out perfect and would use them again.
