I find it works better than the strips. And costs a fraction of the whitening on the ships. It works very well. I would stick to that before having my teeth done during the cruise. :D <<-- pearly whites!! Otherwise I would go to a dentist to have it done professionally. An esthetician is a person trained to administer facials, advise customers on makeup and the care of skin and hair, etc. Definitely not schooled in teeth.
