Store to Buy Soda at Pier 66 in Seattle

I was wondering if there is a store on Pier 66 that sells soda. When we cruised from a pier in San Juan there was a store there that we bought a case of soda cans and brought it right onto the ship. Can we expect to be so lucky this time?

There's a little mom and pop store next to the Bell St. Diner that probably sells pop. Don't know about cases. They do sell it in Ketchikan, though.
