This is one fabulous interview, not boring, not talking about stuff we don't care about. Zini is a great captain who wants to keep his passengers happy. Major points in my book! All the info on difference of the ships and why. New technical issues dealt with making RCCL tops.

 

Can't wait to sail with him. Tomorrow we have the Member Cruise to Alaska/NW Pacific so we are ready. This is a great Bon Voyage for us. Thank You!!!!
