Westerdam aft corner suite balconies

We are booked in corner suite 4185 for this winter, category SC, but also have the choice of 6166/6177. For maximum privacy and shade, which would be better? Thanks to these boards I know that the the 5190/5191 would be preferred but they unfortunately are not available. Thanks for any input.

We were in SC5190 and I know that the cabins on deck 6 are a little smaller but I'm not sure about the size of the deck 4 SC cabins. According to other posts deck 5 verandas incurred the most changes after the refit and are now the most completely covered of the 3 decks.

I'd say go for location, higher or lower. We never had any soot or debris on our veranda (before the refit), and I don't think deck 4 did either. Past that, I don't know...

Deck 4 has the larger & sunniest verandahs.

Deck 6 verandahs are smaller and more sheltered.
