Free Internet Access

I have read several threads on this board saying that internet access was going to be free to all occupants of Grand Suites and above,could anyone tell me if this has been implemented across the board yet? I am particularly interested in Serenade of the Seas and what perks are available on this ship.

What I've read is , this is not available in all ships just the new ones (Freedom and Genesis fleet). I was hoping it was available on Explorer. But everything i've read it's not available.

We had GS on the Radiance last September and it was not available then.
