ColoradoMom!! Posted November 27, 2007 #101 Share Posted November 27, 2007 Just returned from our cruise on Saturday, and I must say, like others, this tour was the highlight of our cruise. Everything about it was wonderful, we don't have any complaints. They met us right off the pier, and escorted us to the boat docks. They were on time, the bus was very clean and they had left it running so that it would be nice and cool for our ride. Our ship's captain was Chris, and Andrew and George were also on board. We ended up only having eleven people on the tour total, so that was a huge plus. We passed many boats that were just overloaded with passengers...I would say that is one of Nativeway's biggest advantages...they will only carry 25 people at a time. Anyway, the boat was excellent, and they had water and fruit punch on board to enjoy. The crew was great....very patient and interested in making sure we all had a great time. All of the snorkeling equipment was in great shape, and they helped us get it on right, helped us into and out of the water, etc. At Stingray City, Andrew was fantastic about getting the sting rays in a position we felt comfortable with etc. George took lots of great photos and helped us with snorkel gear, overcoming fear, etc. At Rum Point, we had a great lunch - the fish and chips were out of this world! I would most definitely recommend them! Thank you so much for coming back and posting your review. I return to these threads to hear the most recent news, and it is sooo great to read a great, new review. I'll be sure to order the fish and chips - anyone try the conch fritters? JSWalk Posted December 19, 2007 #102 Share Posted December 19, 2007 I really recommend this tour. We were there on December 11th. Our captain was also Chris and Andrew was the one who swam with us snorkeling and with the Stingrays. He is a very sweet guy and really took time with all of us. The water happened to be pretty rough taht day but it all turned out great. Lunch was terrific at Rum Point and was waiting for us when we got there. They scheduled our tour at our request to start about a half hour later than normal. It worked out great but was kind of a push to get back to the tenders.
