Help with scuba diving in Hawaii

My DW and I will be cruising on the Pride Of Aloha beginning Oct. 20th and I am looking for some good information on a great place to scuba dive. I cannot carry any equipment with me because of the airline, so I'll have to rent my gear. Can anyone recommend a reputable dive shop that's reasonably priced? We will be stopping at Honolulu, Hilo, Kahului Maui, Kailua-Kona, Nawiiwii Kauai. I really do appreciate any information that I can get because I know nothing about dive shops in Hawaii. Thanks and God Bless.

I just read 10X post about dive sites in Hawaii. Thanks for the info. But, I noticed that the post said that most dive shops start early in the A.M. Our cruise ship doesn't dock in most ports until 8:00 a.m. so is there any shops that will take you out after you get off the ship? Thanks!
